Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for producing, without using an organotin compound, a terminal acrylic-modified polybutadiene or terminal acrylic-modified hydrogenated polybutadiene that will not turn cloudy. The production method of the present invention is characterized in that an acrylate or methacrylate represented by formula (I), a diisocyanate compound represented by formula (II), and a polybutadiene or hydrogenated polybutadiene having hydroxyl groups at the polymer terminals represented by formula (III) are reacted in the presence of at least one selected from an organobismuth compound and a tetraalkoxyzirconium compound.
