Abstract:
This method for producing a three-dimensional cell tissue comprises: a step for mixing stromal cells, a cationic substance, an extracellular matrix component and a polymer electrolyte to obtain a mixture; a step for removing the liquid part from the mixture to obtain a cell aggregate; a step for culturing the cell aggregate in a medium to obtain a three-dimensional cell tissue; and a step for culturing the three-dimensional cell tissue in a medium containing ascorbic acid and transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β). The thickness of the three-dimensional cell tissue exceeds 50 μm for at least 3 days after culturing the three-dimensional cell tissue in the medium containing ascorbic acid and TGF-β.
