Abstract:
The present invention provides a powder sintering lamination method that can reduce warping deformation of a three-dimensionally shaped object stemming from the manner of scanning a light beam. In the production method, the molding of a powder layer and the molding of a hardened layer by means of light beam irradiation are performed repeatedly, and the scanning of the light beam is divided into light beam scanning (A) for light beam irradiation of a section corresponding to the outline section of the three-dimensionally shaped object and light beam scanning (B) for light beam irradiation of a section corresponding to the inner region of the three-dimensionally shaped object inside of the outline section. In particular, in light beam scanning (A), the section corresponding to the outline section is subjected to non-continuous light beam irradiation in a manner so that the light beam irradiation pass is divided into a plurality of irradiation sub-passes.
