Abstract:
In order to provide a powder sintering lamination method that reduces warpage of a three-dimensionally shaped molded article that can occur due to stress near the top surface of the three-dimensionally shaped molded article, the present invention provides a method for producing a three-dimensionally shaped molded article whereby powder layer formation and solidified layer formation by means of irradiation with a light beam are carried out repeatedly. In particular, in the present invention, by configuring a portion of the region in which the solidified layer is formed to be a non-irradiated portion that is not irradiated with the light beam, at least one slit groove for reducing the stress on the three-dimensionally shaped molded article is provided on the top surface of the three-dimensionally shaped molded article.
