Abstract:
Continuous recesses are formed to be connected to opposite sides in the width direction of a tread adhesion surface of a tire casing, along the circumferential direction. Thereby, unvulcanized rubber flows into and is accumulated in the recesses, and thus, corrugation of unvulcanized rubber caused by vulcanization of the unvulcanized rubber for integrating the tire casing and the tire tread, and partial exposure of a polished surface, can be reliably prevented. Further, a method for producing a tire casing capable of improving the appearance of a finished product tire, and for producing a tire comprising such tire casing, can be obtained.
