Abstract:
This method for producing titanium oxide particles comprises: a step for producing a mixed solution by mixing a hydrolysis product of a titanium alkoxide or a titanium metal salt and a compound having a five-membered ring containing a nitrogen atom; and a step for producing titanium oxide fine particles by applying heat and pressure to the mixed solution. Titanium oxide particles according to the present invention are produced by this method for producing titanium oxide particles. A dispersion solution of titanium oxide particles according to the present invention contains the titanium oxide particles according to the present invention. A titanium oxide paste according to the present invention contains the titanium oxide particles according to the present invention, a solvent and a binder. A titanium oxide film according to the present invention is obtained by applying and firing the titanium oxide paste according to the present invention. A dye-sensitized solar cell according to the present invention comprises a conductive substrate, an optical semiconductor electrode on which a sensitizing dye is supported, a counter electrode and an electrolyte; and the optical semiconductor electrode comprises the titanium oxide film according to the present invention.
