Abstract:
A method for producing tofu snacks comprises: 1) firstly freezing tofu in a deep freezer; 2) thawing the firstly frozen tofu in running water; 3) spreading the thawed tofu on a tray; 4) secondly freezing the thawed tofu that has been spread on the tray; 5) thawing the secondly frozen tofu in running water; 6) thirdly freezing the thawed tofu; 7) preparing a Schisandra mixture by mixing water, Schisandra preserve, and sun-dried salt; 8) adding the thirdly frozen tofu to the Schisandra mixture and thawing; and 9) when the thirdly frozen tofu is thawed, spreading the thawed tofu on a dryer tray and then drying.
