Abstract:
Provided is a method for producing a toilet paper roll which maintains a favorable appearance by preventing the paper layers from separating from one another when the four-ply toilet paper is torn. Said method has: a step for forming a layered sheet 101 by adhering a base sheet 10a and a base sheet 11a to one another; a step for forming a layered sheet 102 by adhering a base sheet 13a and a base sheet 12a to one another; and a step for forming four-ply toilet paper 200 by spraying the layered sheet 101 and the layered sheet 102 with an adhesive liquid, positioning a pressure roller 23c so as to overlap the layered sheet 101 and the layered sheet 102, and applying pressure thereto.
