Title:
METHOD FOR PRODUCING α,β-UNSATURATED CARBOXYLATE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/188507
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a method for producing an α,β-unsaturated carboxylate, the method comprising: a step (1) for reacting a transition metal complex, alkene and carbon dioxide to obtain a metal lactone compound expressed by formula (1) [in the formula, M is a transition metal, and the Ls each represent a monodentate ligand or a combined bidentate ligand.]; and a step (2) for applying a base to the metal lactone compound, wherein the molar amount (A) of the carbon dioxide to 1 mol of the transition metal complex in the step (1) is 0.1-10 mol.
