Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide a method for producing vanadium dioxide-containing particles that have a narrow thermal hysteresis width of the phase transition and a small average primary particle diameter. A method for producing vanadium dioxide-containing particles according to the present invention produces vanadium dioxide-containing particles that are doped with a different metal element and have an average primary particle diameter of 30 nm or less and a thermal hysteresis width of the phase transition of less than 25°C. This method for producing vanadium dioxide-containing particles is characterized by comprising a step wherein a vanadium-containing compound and a different metal element-containing compound are supplied to a flow reactor 1 and are subjected to hydrothermal synthesis therein.
