Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] To provide a method for producing a wearing article exhibiting good
feeling of wearing while reducing the production cost. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS]
The method for producing a wearing article comprises a step for producing a compound
sheet (Ws) by arranging an elastic member (F) for legs on a web (W) under conveyance
along a first waveform α continuous in the longitudinal direction (L)
of the web (W) and having a predetermined wavelength λ and first amplitudes
α1 and α2, and a step for cutting the compound sheet (Ws) under conveyance
along a cut line (CL) having a second waveform β being continuous in the
longitudinal direction (L) of the compound sheet (Ws), having a wavelength λ
identical to the above-mentioned wavelength λ and second amplitudes
β1 and β2 smaller than the first amplitudes α1 and α2,
and being tuned to the first waveform α.
