Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for producing a balcony or a terrace in situ. According to the inventive method, a bottom formwork panel (12) and at least one side piece of formwork (2) are provided first in order to receive liquid concrete (13). Simplified work progress is obtained by the fact that a first face of the formwork structure is embodied as a precast concrete unit (1) that is provided with a water drip (8) while a holding structure (4) is fastened in the area of the water drip (8). The invention also relates to a precast concrete unit (1), a system of precast concrete units, and a building comprising a balcony or a terrace that is provided with a precast concrete unit of the type described above or is produced by using a system of precast concrete units of the type described above.
