Abstract:
A method of production of ethyl alcohol from a starch raw material consisting in hydrolyzation of the starch raw material, for example wheat, barley or rye grain, in the presence of ferments of amylolytic or cellulolytic action. As ferments of cellulolytic action is used a culture preparation of fungus Trichoderma koningiu containing a complex of ferments: C1-ferment, endoglucanase, exoglucanase, cellobioase, xylanase, (Beta)-glucosidase, protease and amylolytic ferments.
