| PATENT CLAIMS 1. Field of the invention
This invention concerns the method of nutritive supplement ' s production, which contains a category of an efficient substances for example: fatty acids, vitamins, bioelements and microelements, which have an unreplaceable place in an organism of human being, primarily in role of antioxidants and immunostimulators. Special place in this composition has an iodine - a bioelement which higher concentration is adjusted by technologic level and ranks the nutritive supplement between antioxidants and immunostimulators. By mutual functioning of these substances come to the synergism, it means enhanced effect, thanks to which the medical effect is more quick and more efficient about as if mentioned componetns could be served separately.
Background of the invention
The using of substances, which have an antioxidant, immunostimulative and regenerative effect on organism of human being has very long time tradition. There were also efforts to repare the nutritive supplement with higher concentration of subrogated iodine / Utility model No. 3040 dated on 20.9.2001/, but however results showed, unsuccessfully The description of this supplement is unclear, unreproducible, contradictory to basic reactived conditions, about what show also problematically proclaimed data of efficient substances defined in the nutritive supplement.
Summary of the invention
The basis of submitted invention is the way of production of the nutritive supplement, by which to the medium of herbal origin like pumpkin, grapy, sunflower, godetian, coleseed oil containing fatty acids, vitamins, bioelements and microelements by technologic grade is the bioelement iodine composing by adequate reactive conditions, which is dissolved in an ethylalcohol in the whole concentration of 50 as many as 250 mg/100 ml. All compoud will be after homogenized and mixtured by the temperature from 25 °C to 50 °C.
The specifically method by production of nutritive supplement rests in , that useful substances present at medium are targeting declined , thereby their favourable effect on health of man by an enhancement with concentration of important component - iodine is compounding.
The most important function in the list of effective substances have:
1./ Non - saturated fatty acids and their derivates which have in our organism an irreparable place and take a share in the formation of hormones , regulation of blood pressure, inflammatory process and prophylaxis by an oncogenous diseases.
2.1 Vitamines, mostly vitamin E - very intensive antioxidant - are absorbing free radicals, acitvate cancer and aging of an organism. Vitamin A - interfering to metabolism supports growth and progress of adenoblasts and keeps from eye diseases. Vitamin K - influences blood coagulation , is useful by prevention and treatment of thrombosis and heart attack.
37 Bioelements - an iod ine which is in the preparation in free and bounded form. It is also directly incorporated during the process of production. As an intensive antioxidant plays very important role in the immune system of man. It influences a prevention and treatment of cancer, as well as function of thyroid gland. Sulphur is acting as an antioxidant in our organism , shares to a detoxication of allochthonous substances. Potassium is sharing by a regulation of osmotic pressure and influences a metabolism of sugars in an organism.
4./ Microelements - namely Zinc - shares in metabolic processes, is a component of many enzymes. Selenium - activates an immune system, keeps from inflammatory and allergic status. Chromium - is useful by decline in value of glucose in an organism of man .
Further, proposed method of production of nutritive supplement enables by an adequate technologic method to integrate into the system one more, or several useful elements, which are very helpful for health of man. By this production method is gainig a nutritive supplement with higher result, thanks to synergetic effect of all elements which contains.
Examples of various embodiments
1 . To capacity of 1 000 ml of pumpkin oil containing 60g/100 ml of non - saturated fatty acids by temperature of 25 °C with an uninterrupted mixing is in small doses giving 50 mg/100 ml of iodine in liquid form , after the reactive mixture is homogenized with mixing by temperature of 30 °C for a period of 35 minutes. The oil solution is after filling to 250 ml dark bottles, on the top is labeled with a special end-seal and name-plate, where is printed the name of nutritive supplement and other compulsory data according the demand of authentic legislation as well as internal instructions. After an envelopment to pasteboard packagings this product is keeping in dark places by temperature from 20 to 25 °C, from where the product is dispatched to consumer.
2. The oil solution is after filling to 250 ml dark bottles, on the top is labeled with special end-seal and name-plate, where is printed the name of nutritive supplement and other compulsory data according the demand of authentic legislation as well as internal instructions. After an envelopment to pasteboard packagings this product is keeping in dark places by temperature from 20 to 25 °C, from where the product is dispatched to consumer.
3. The oil solution is after filling to 250 ml dark bottles, on the top is labeled with special end-seal and name-plate, where is printed the name of nutritive supplement and other compulsory data according the demand of authentic legislation as well as internal instructions.
