Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for the production of a stopper in cork, such as to produce a stopper (1) in solid or reconstituted material, defined by a cylinder (1C) and two ends (1A) and (1B), to apply a global bactericidal treatment to the above, to cover at least a part of the cylinder (1C) thereof with a product to facilitate the insertion and extraction thereof, to cover at least one of the ends (1A, 1B) thereof with a film (2A, 2B) of a material for protection of the stopper and the contents. The method comprises a step of sanding or roughing the ends (1A) and/or (1B) of the stopper (1) to increase adherence, before the step of covering the same with the material forming the film (2A, 2B) and further comprises sanding or roughing the cylinder (1C) of the stopper (1) to improve adherence before covering the same with the same material used for covering the ends (1A) and/or (1B) of the stopper.
