Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method and program for determining a training ratio. The method for determining a training ratio according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a step of obtaining current state data on a specific body part of a specific user (S100); a step of obtaining state assessment data by feeding the current state data and normal state data to a current state assessment model (S200); a step of computing training level data for a specific training type by feeding the obtained state assessment data to a training ratio determination model (S300); and a step of determining a performance ratio by computing a ratio between training level data for a plurality of training types (S400). The present invention allows users to receive a rehabilitation training curriculum suitable for their states via a computer without having to visit a medical institution to receive rehabilitation training.
