Abstract:
Provided are a method, a program, and an electronic device for stabilizing image capture using a known image. The electronic device captures an image including a periphery of an object, and is characterized by comprising: a sensor; an image capture unit; a storage unit for storing a criterion image which is an image of the object; a feature point position determination unit for determining the position of a feature point indicating a local feature quantity of the criterion image when the criterion image is disposed in a predetermined region of an image of a space captured by the image capture unit; a feature point distance calculating unit which repeatedly performs detection of a point corresponding to the feature point of the criterion image from the captured image of the space, and calculation of a distance from the detected point; a determination unit which, on the basis of an amount of change in a sensor value and the distance, determines whether an amount of movement is less than or equal to a predetermined allowable criterion value; and a control unit which, if it is determined that the amount of movement is less than or equal to the allowable criterion value, acquires the captured image of the space and causes the image to be stored as a desired image.
