Title:
METHOD OF PROMOTING REACTION OF ORGANIC SUBSTANCE OR INORGANIC SUBSTANCE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2007/052778
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A method in which with respect to microwave wavelength, a wavelength shift is carried out with the use of a magnetic material, aluminum oxide, etc., and in which matching of the region of shifted wavelength to the heat absorption wavelength range of molecules of a composition, organic substance or material and irradiation thereof are carried out so as to achieve, utilizing the vibration energy of molecules, a formation, synthesis, crystallization, reaction and decomposition. High-density irradiation of an absorption wavelength matching to the heat absorption wavelength range of substance would induce vibration of molecules of the substance and transmission with the vibration energy changed to the thermal energy within the substance. Causing any thermal energy radiated from the heat absorption wavelength to be absorbed by water, nitrogen gas or argon gas and realizing radiating of wavelength only and absorption thereof by the substance would enable temperature control, further enabling a formation, synthesis, reaction and decomposition of peptide, protein or organic substance, still further enabling a nanoparticle, thin film or metal crystal of inorganic substance. Moreover, with respect to food processing heating, an increase of amino acids only by high-density irradiation of a wavelength region absorbed by amino acids has been ascertained.
