Title:
METHOD FOR PROMOTING SOMATIC CELL REPROGRAMMING, AND CELL PREPARATION KIT
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2014/058080
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
This method for promoting somatic cell reprogramming includes a culturing step for culturing somatic cells in a state of contact with a non-biological substrate, the elastic modulus of which is in the range of 0.1 kPa to 200 kPa, in the presence of at least one factor selected from the factor group consisting of a histone deacetylase inhibitor, a TGF-β receptor inhibitor, a MAPK/ERK pathway inhibitor, and a 3'-phosphoinositide-dependent protein kinase-1 activator.
