Title:
METHOD FOR PROMOTING STORAGE MATERIAL PRODUCTION BY ALGA
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/207804
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a method, whereby an alga can be continuously cultured using a low-cost and simple means for inducing lipid synthesis, in order to efficiently utilize the alga as a biomass. [Solution] A method for promoting the production of a storage material by an alga, said method comprising a step for continuously culturing and proliferating the alga under light irradiation conditions in a culture solution containing an oxystress inducing agent.
