Abstract:
A method for protecting the activity of a microsphere catalyst by controlling
the calcination condition. A stable preserving microsphere catalyst can be
obtained by inactivating the active center of the catalyst, wherein the calcination
temperature, calcination time, calcination atmosphere should be controlled
strictly. The stable preserving microsphere catalyst may be kept for a long time
under room temperature, and can be activated in air or oxygen containing atmosphere
before used in catalytic reaction. The catalyst obtained by the protection method
has same activity for converting oxygen compound to olefine and selectivity
as the fresh baked catalyst.
