Abstract:
A method of and an apparatus for providing foods on a rotary food table, wherein foods and/or heated foods are circulated and conveyed above a base table, characterized by the use of food providing members (22) equipped with a plurality of food tray mounting portions (26), the step of circulating and conveying foods (14) in upper and lower two stages on the same circulating/conveying route (44), the step of supplying a predetermined number of food trays (16) to a crescent chain (18), the step of providing grilled foods, steamed foods, noodles (118) and gruel (132) through water containers (92) and food containers (96, 106), noodle containers (110) and gruel containers (134), and the step of dividing the upper surface (212) of a table into two parts when different customers are seated to face one another at the same table round the outer periphery of the base table (12).
