Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for providing a GPS-based water rescue service, the method comprising the steps of: receiving rescue request data through a user terminal having received a pairing request from Bluetooth mounted on an automatic inflatable vest when the automatic inflatable vest inflates; receiving GPS coordinates included in the rescue request data at a preconfigured interval and storing the received GPS coordinates and the user terminal; transmitting the rescue request data to a rescue terminal that manages an area including the GPS coordinates; transmitting biometric data included in the rescue request data and the GPS coordinates to the rescue terminal at a preconfigured interval; and when a position of the rescue terminal and a position of the user terminal are within a preconfigured radius, transmitting a control signal to the user terminal so that the user terminal sounds a rescuer search alarm.
