Abstract:

The present invention relates to a method for providing information for selecting a treatment drug for an EML4-ALK-positive non-small cell lung cancer patient, and a composition for treating ALK inhibitor-resistant non-small cell lung cancer, and more specifically, to: a method for providing information for selecting a treatment drug for an EML4-ALK-positive non-small cell lung cancer patient comprising a step for measuring the expression level and methylation level of cytidine deaminase (CDA) in a biological sample provided from the patient; and a composition for treating non-small cell lung cancer that has acquired resistance to an ALK inhibitor comprising a deoxycytidine analogue or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient.
