Abstract:
An electronic device according to an embodiment disclosed in the present document comprises: a location measurement circuit; a first wireless communication circuit that supports short-range communication; a second wireless communication circuit; and at least one processor. The at least one processor may: receive, from an external device by using the first wireless communication circuit, an advertising packet including identification information of the external device; acquire location information of the electronic device by using the location measurement circuit; transmit, to a server by using the second wireless communication circuit, a first signal including the identification information of the external device and the location information; receive, from the server by using the second wireless communication circuit, a second signal including an alarm command for the external device; and transmit the alarm command to the external device by using the first wireless communication circuit. Various other embodiments identified through the present document are possible.
