A method of providing a real estate service by using an autonomous vehicle according to the present invention comprises the steps of: receiving information on real estate of interest through a human machine interface (HMI) provided in the autonomous vehicle; extracting information on a plurality of properties for sale, which corresponds to the information on the real estate of interest, from a database, and transmitting the extracted information on the plurality of properties for sale to the HMI; receiving information on a property-for-sale of interest, selected by a user from among the information on the plurality of properties for sale, through the HMI; on the basis of information on a location of the property-for-sale of interest and visit information, which are included in the information on the property-for-sale of interest, generating an autonomous driving path with respect to the property-for-sale of interest; and when a distance between the location of the autonomous vehicle and the location of the property-for-sale of interest is within a predetermined distance in the autonomous driving path, granting permission to access the property-for-sale of interest to the user.
