Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for providing a taxi call service using a smart device. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for providing a taxi call service using a smart device, which enables: a passenger to view taxi information, feel safe enough to ride a desired taxi, and minimize the time waiting for the taxi; a taxi driver driving around in an empty taxi to largely reduce energy used while looking for passengers to pick up and receive marketing support through taxi advertisements; a taxi company or a transportation-related department of a local government to receive important information for company management or transportation policy establishment by receiving, in real time, information related to the taxis currently in service.
