Abstract:
Disclosed are a method for psychological condition care based on biometric information and an apparatus performing same. The method comprises the steps of: obtaining, from a wearable device worn by a user, real-time biometric information about the user; analyzing arousal and valence of the user on the basis of the obtained real-time biometric information; determining a psychological condition of the user on the basis of analysis results of the arousal and the valence; and generating, on the basis of the determined psychological condition of the user, control information including information about pressure control provided by the wearable device.
