Abstract:
Provided is a method for purifying 1,5-diaminopentane, the method comprising the steps of: preparing a fermentation broth comprising a carbonate of 1,5-diaminopentane; heating the fermentation broth to prepare a first composition; evaporating the first composition to prepare a second composition and an evaporation residue; adding water to the evaporation residue, followed by evaporation, to prepare a third composition; and distilling the second composition and the third composition to collect 1,5-diaminopentane.
