Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for purifying a carbonyl difluoride which comprises a step for supplying a mixture gas containing a carbon dioxide gas (CO2) and a carbonyl difluoride (COF2) to a membrane separation system having a polyimide separation membrane, and (2) a step for separating the mixture gas into a CO2 gas on the permeated side and a COF2 gas on the unpermeated side.
