Abstract:
The present invention discloses a method for purifying tea seed oil with vegetable juice, comprising (1) putting tea seed oil to be treated into container, heating to 40°C-120°C ; (2) adding acid edible vegetable juice ; (3) continue heating until saponin and lead etc. harmful substances floating to oil surface to form foam ; (4) continue heating while adding basic edible vegetable juice to the oil to form precipitate ; (5) natural cooling, eliminating precipitate. The amount of acid edible vegetable juice is based on the 2%-5% weight of tea seed oil, the amount of basic edible vegetable juice is based on the 2%-5% weight of tea seed oil.
