Abstract:
Provided is a method for purifying a treatment target solution (i.e., a solution to be treated), which is excellent in the performance of removal of a compound containing an ionic group and a fluorine atom and having an aliphatic hydrocarbon group. The method for purifying a treatment target solution according to the present invention comprises bringing a treatment target solution containing a compound that has at least one ionic group selected from the group consisting of a carboxylic acid group and a sulfonic acid group, contains a fluorine atom, optionally contains an oxygen atom and has an aliphatic hydrocarbon group, at least one acid selected from the group consisting of HF and H2SO4 and water into contact with a resin having a tertiary amino group to remove the compound having the aliphatic hydrocarbon group from the treatment target solution.
