Abstract:
A method for quantitatively measuring the spatial structure of soil particulate organic matter. The method comprises: first, extracting particulate organic matter in soil by means of wet sieving classification and density extraction; then, performing image scanning on the particulate organic matter by means of micro-CT technology; successively performing artifact removing, threshold calculation, image segmentation, and three-dimensional reconstruction on an image obtained after the scanning; and quantitatively measuring the morphological characteristics, quantity, volume ratio, volume distribution, pore size distribution, etc. of the soil organic matter.
