Abstract:
A method for rapid homogenization or equal proportion of DNA samples, which is adapted to nucleic acid detection of a PCR, a fluorescent quantitative PCR, sequencing, a high-throughput sequencing instrument and the like, and comprises the following steps: introducing a nucleotide containing a biotin label into different DNA samples to be detected, binding the obtained biotin-labeled DNA samples with materials coated with an equal amount or an equal proportion amount of streptavidin, cleaning to remove DNA samples that fall to be bound with the streptavidin materials, and eluting DNA bound with streptavidin. The present invention aims at rapidly homogenizing DNA samples to be detected at a time to achieve rapid gene detection by binding an equal amount or an equal proportion of streptavidin-labeled medium materials with biotin-labeled DNA linkers or deoxynucleotide PCR products containing the biotin mark.
