Abstract:
[Problem] A method for re-dispersing a cellulose nanofiber dispersion is provided in which, when a cellulose nanofiber powder produced from a cellulose nanofiber dispersion for the sake of convenience in storage or transportation is dispersed again in an aqueous medium, the powder can be evenly dispersed to give a dispersion in which a stably dispersed state can be maintained.
[Solution] When a cellulose nanofiber powder produced from wood fibers, etc. is re-dispersed in an aqueous medium, mechanical shear force is applied while stirring the mixture.
