Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for real-time on-line monitoring of concrete freeze-thaw damage. The method comprises: firstly, embedding pairwise graded electrical resistance probes 0-50 mm into a concrete monitoring surface, the pairwise graded electrical resistance probes using corrosion-resistant metal sticks, the insertion depth gradient of the different pairs of electrical resistance probes being 1-20 mm, and the insertion depth gradient between the pair of electrical resistance probes near to the surface not exceeding 5 mm; then, transmitting the concrete impedance value measured by the pairwise graded electrical resistance probes to a monitoring centre to be processed; and finally, judging the freeze-thaw scaling state of the concrete by means of abrupt changes in the concrete impedance values. Based on the electrical resistance probes and the monitoring centre, the present invention can achieve on-line monitoring of concrete freeze-thaw damage.
