Abstract:
A method and a device for realizing call continuity are disclosed, which can guarantee
the call continuity during the call handoff of multimode terminal. The method
includes: a multimode terminal detects that a handoff will happen when calling
in a first access network; the multimode terminal selects a currently available
third network from the access networks which have dual radio relationships with
the first network; and the multimode terminal switches the call in the first access
network to the third access network.
