Abstract:

A method for realizing the load balancing, is used in a system which includes a evolved radio access net(E-RAN), more than one mobility management entity and more than one user equipment(UPE), the method includes: When the user equipment is making network attachment or position updating, it is connected to the service MME; if need transferring the service UPE of the user equipment, the service UPE selects the object UPE, and attaches the user equipment to the object UPE. At the same time, a system and device of realizing the load balancing using the network load borne by several UPE together are also provided, when the UPE is over load, or the UPE restarts, the UE can be transferred to the other UPE quickly.
