Abstract:
The present invention is a method for realizing hand over of handset having one transceiver, the handset originates channel switch in communication process, determines the target base station and time slot pair information which should be allocated to realize seamless hand over, sends connection channel establishment request to a target base station, wherein the request carries the allocated time slot pair information; the target base station obtains the allocated time slot pair after it received the request, if the allocated time slot pair have channel to be allocated, notifies the handset of the allocated channel, if the handset judges that the allocated channel meets the require, originates call in the allocated channel to complete seamless hand over, end; otherwise, the handset sends another connection channel establishment request to the target base station; if the allocated time slot pair have not channel to be allocated, the handset judges that there are target base stations which have not been selected, if yes, sends connection channel establishment request to a base station which have not been selected, wherein the request carries time slot pair information which should be allocated; if all base stations have been selected, the seamless hand over fails.
