Abstract:

Provided in an embodiment of the present invention is a message transmission method applied in a terminal device, and comprising: transmitting, to a network device, a request sequence; receiving a response message transmitted by the network device, wherein the response message indicates a time-frequency resource allocated to a terminal device by the network device in response to the request sequence; and transmitting an indication message to the network device on the time-frequency resource, wherein the indication message indicates that the request sequence is employed for at least one of the following purposes: requesting beam recovery, requesting data scheduling, and requesting beam adjustment.
