Abstract:
A method for recommending a nutritious diet and a refrigerator. The method comprises: recording nutrients and contents corresponding to food items, preset nutrients that a user needs to take in during a specific time period, and intake thresholds (S101); by means of voice input of the user, recording food items and the quantity thereof removed from a refrigerator by the user during the specific time period (S102); calculating, on the basis of the food items and the quantity thereof removed from the refrigerator by the user in the specific time period, the nutrients that the user takes in during the specific time period and the intake (S103); determining whether the nutrients that the user takes in during the specific time period and the intake meet the preset nutrients that the user needs to take in during the specific time period and the intake thresholds (S104); if yes, maintaining the current state (S105); and if not, pushing food item information corresponding to the nutrients to the user (S106). By recommending a reasonable diet to the user, more reasonable nutritional intake is allowed, thus enhancing user experience in using the refrigerator.
