Abstract:
The invention relates to the dairy industry, in particular to the field of producing milk by reconstituting dried whole milk, dried skimmed milk or other dry mixtures based thereon for the subsequent production of a balanced reconstituted milk which is ready for direct consumption. The method for preparing milk by reconstituting dried milk comprises dissolving dried milk in water under constant agitation and heating. The method according to the invention is characterized in that the mixture of dried milk and water is heated to a temperature of 65-75°C and is then left to stand for 30-90 minutes with the occurrence of cooling to a temperature of 20-24°C.
