Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for reconstructing image information from measurement data obtained by a CT scanner. For obtaining said measurement data a radiation source (2) is moved around a measuring field (22) provided for a test object (23) and the radiation emitted by the radiation source (2) is recorded by a detector system (5) once the radiation source has passed the measuring field (22). The inventive method comprises the step of determining data relating to the position of the test object (23) within the measuring field (22) before the image information is reconstructed.
