Abstract:
Provided are a method for recording the number of cups of water drunk by a user and a water cup. The method comprises: recording a cup volume and an amount of water the user needs to drink during working hours (S101); determining whether the water cup is filled with water (S102); if no, keeping the original state (S103); if yes, displaying the number of cups of water currently needed to be drunk, and updating the number of cups needed to be drunk through a weight sensing system at the bottom of the water cup (S104). Through the built-in weight sensing system of the water cup, the number of cups of water the user has drunk is monitored and updated. At the same time the number of cups of water the user has drunk is compared with the preset number of cups of water the user needs to drink during working hours, and the remaining number of cups of water the user needs to drink is shown on a LCD screen arranged on the outer surface of the water cup, so as to remind the user to drink water during working hours reasonably, and to avoid lack of water due to heavy workload.
