Abstract:
Provided is a method of recovering anionic fluorinated emulsifiers, said method being capable of easily and efficiently recovering anionic fluorinated emulsifiers to which a basic ion exchange resin has been adsorbed. The basic ion exchange resin is brought into contact with a mixture of an aqueous inorganic acid solution and a non-aqueous fluorinated medium, or is brought into contact with an aqueous inorganic acid solution and then with a non-aqueous fluorinated medium, whereafter the non-aqueous fluorinated medium phase is recovered and then the acid of the anionic fluorinated emulsifier is recovered from the non-aqueous fluorinated medium phase.
