Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of ferronickel recovery, and discloses a method for recovering and purifying nickel from ferronickel, the method comprising the steps of: adding ferronickel to hydrochloric acid, mixing, heating and dissolving same, subjecting same to solid-liquid separation, taking the liquid phase, and adding an oxidizing agent to obtain a chloride salt water-washed solution; evaporating the chloride salt water-washed solution, adding a precipitant for a reaction, separating out the liquid phase, then adding aqueous ammonia to adjust the pH, adding an alcoholic solution, and cooling and precipitating same to generate a complex crystal of nickel; and dissolving the complex crystal of nickel, adding an oxidizing agent, subjecting same to an irradiation treatment, and adding acid to adjust the pH to obtain the nickel chloride solution. According to the present invention, the ferronickel is leached by means of acid at a normal pressure; same is oxidized by adding oxidant, and then has a precipitant added thereto to separate different metal ions by means of synchronous precipitation; and nickel is selectively complexed, such that only a nickel complex exists in the solution.
