Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for recovering and/or for separating and/or for purifying rare earths (32). According to the invention, carrier-free continuous electrophoresis is carried out on a starting sample (30) of the rare earths (32), wherein the starting sample (30) is introduced into a carrier medium (20) flowing in a transport direction (24), and wherein an electric field (31) is conducted substantially transversely to the transport direction (24) through a liquid medium (26) formed by the starting sample (30) and the carrier medium (20), and wherein at least one rare earth (32) is collected by means of at least one outlet (22) after it has flowed through a transport section defined in the transport direction (24).
