Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for recovering tantalum. A method for recovering tantalum, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a leaching step in which tantalum scrap reacts with a preset concentration of a leaching agent so that tantalum and niobium are leached from the tantalum scrap; an organic phase extraction step of adding an extractant to the leachate, thereby extracting organic tantalum and niobium; an isolation step of isolating organic tantalum and a niobium aqueous solution from the extracted organic tantalum and niobium; and a tantalum extraction step of back-extracting a tantalum aqueous solution from the organic tantalum.
