Title:
METHOD FOR RECUPERATING A PHYSIOLOGICAL STATE OF AN ORGANISM (VARIANTS) AND METHOD FOR A MUSCLE FORMATION
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2004/110332
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The invention relates to variants of a method for recuperating a physiological state of an organism consisting in removing metabolic products from a hyper-stressed muscle fascia and the muscle itself prior to exposing a muscle group (in the second variant, during exposing) to an action. The action being over, the metabolic products are removed when the corresponding fascias and muscles are extended. The definition and comparison of the states of muscles and/or a muscle group are carried out for each anatomic muscle pair and/or muscle group. The action schedule comprises a special set of physical exercises which are selected in such a way that an equivalent state of muscles and/or a muscle group for each anatomic muscle pair and/or muscle group is obtainable. Each exercise of said set is selected with the aim of providing each muscle with a contraction-tension-extension-relaxation cycle. Each next exercise of the set is carried out in a modified manner with respect to at least one action parameter in space according to a program for developing a maximum number of muscle groups. A method for forming a muscle according to which a fascia is exposed to an action prior to performing an action on muscle fibres is also disclosed.
