Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for reducing indigo, and more specifically, to a method for reducing natural indigo and synthetic indigo which ensures a simple preparation process and excellent economic efficiency by using low cost and affordable yeast instead of a difficult and complex fermentation process, wherein the method can efficiently increase the uptake of dye by fabrics and simplify a hard reduction process, such as an existing difficult and complex fermentation condition, so that the method can considerably contribute to the field of dyeing using indigo.
